Position: Sports Performance Coach & Team Coach

Key Responsibilities:

• - Relocate to San Diego by the end of August.

• - Run ADAPT’s strength program and coach teams.

• - Conduct skills sessions and performance training.

• - Engage in sales calls, parent/player check-ins.

• - Help with Marketing/Promotion

• - Assist in setting up tournaments and leagues.

• - Create content for social media (Instagram, Twitter).

• - Serve as a mentor and positive influence for our players.

• - Develop strong relationships with athletes and parents.

• - Background in sports performance coaching.

• - Experience coaching teams and conducting skills sessions.

• - Content creation skills for social media platforms.

• - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• - Commitment to mentoring and developing young athletes.

• -Willingness to be a positive role model and build lasting relationships.
